Services
Center Street I.T. provides managed IT services including IT support, network management, cloud services, cybersecurity, consulting, and on-site field support.
These Terms apply to customers who do not have a signed Master Services Agreement with Center Street I.T. Where a signed Master Services Agreement exists, that agreement controls in its entirety, and only the Hourly Service Rates table below is incorporated into it.

Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is due within 15 days
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for service delivery
- Grant appropriate access to systems and facilities as needed
- Notify us promptly of any service issues or concerns
- Use our services in a lawful manner
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Data and Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of your information and implement industry-standard security measures. You retain ownership of your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
